Mentoring / Training

At Consolidata we do not believe that business intelligence should be done in a ‘black box’ and delivered to our clients without them understanding how to maintain it themselves. We are active in encouraging up-skilling of the current employees and therefore would promote a series of training sessions.

At Consolidata and through our partners Ballard Chalmers, we cover virtually all the Microsoft technologies and can offer one-on-one highly focused training around your own data.

In some cases, clients have simply wanted a consultant to sit with them while they go through and explain what they have done and the choices they have made. The consultant can then point out any other potentially better solutions, or confirm whether their solution is optimal.
