- We would help identify and clarify the business rules defining these numbers. In
some cases a business rules definition document signed
off by the various departments may be the most expedient solution. Once the document

- Whatever the data source, from Excel to SQL Server to Oracle - we have a proven track record of being able to extract
useful information and feed a consolidated data warehouse. Whether it be summarised
call centre records or transaction level log files from an EPOS system, we have
done it all.

- The time saved on creating manual reports and automating them can usually be measured
in hours per week per employee. We often have a requirement
to produce standard Excel or PDF files in a format the business is used to. This
is achievable and is often the difference between a project getting approval or
not.

approach all projects with an open-mind and discuss with the project sponsor
the goals and requirements of the system. We will make suggestions based on our
experience of similar projects and finally we would present to you a proposal and
cost for the solution in mind. Because we are flexible in our approach we may even
prescribe a solution based on your current licensing and software in-house, or suggest
licensing SQL Server 2005 in-house or hosting the solution for you
without you worrying about software or hardware. Each solution has advantages and
disadvantages and pricing may vary accordingly.
